About This Activity
Description
Adult w/ Child Level 1
Ages 6 months - 18 months
This class introduces infants to the water in a calm, supportive, and nurturing environment. Parents or caregivers learn safe holds, assisted floating techniques, gentle submersion progressions, and foundational water safety practices. Classes incorporate songs, guided movement, and sensory exploration to promote comfort and trust in the water.
SKILLS: Water comfort, assisted floating, gentle submersion, parent education, safety awareness
