About This Activity
Description
Level 4 Swim LessonsAges 3-12 yearsFocus: Rotary movement and Integrated movement.
For the swimmer learning how to tread water and continue to develop functional swim strokes. OR the swimmer who can tread water for at least 15 seconds but cannot yet swim basic freestyle stroke with the "swim-roll-swim" or rotary (side) breathing. Swimmers will continue to develop coordination between stroke and breathing patterns and continue to develop functional swim strokes.
