About This Activity
Description
Level 5 - Stroke Development & Water Competency
Swimmers demonstrate coordinated freestyle and backstroke with rhythmic breathing and increased endurance. Breaststroke and butterfly are further developed, along with deep-water skills, safe entries, and extended treading. Swimmers show strong water competency and confidence in a variety of aquatic situations.
