About This Activity
Chargers Book Club - Grades 2-4 Calling all young readers! Join Mrs. Dunne for a fun and engaging Book Club where students will explore the joy of reading together! Throughout the program, students will read the same selected book and participate in interactive group discussions to share their thoughts, make predictions, explore character traits, and discover important themes and lessons within the story. During our final session, students will bring the book to life through a creative art project! Each student will design a poster highlighting a favorite character, important character traits, a central theme, or a meaningful moment from the book. This club encourages reading comprehension, critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork while helping students develop a lifelong love of reading. “Each student will receive their own copy of the selected book, included in the registration fee.” Come read, discuss, create, and let your imagination grow with Mrs. Dunne!
