Green Level focus on full development of Freestyle and Backstroke, ensuring the strokes include arm pulls out of the water, timed rotary breathing, and consistent kicking at the streamline position. Participants who successfully pass Green are eligible for Stroke School.
• Stage Green: Freestyle/Backstroke with timed rotary breathing and efficient pull/kick
