Yellow, Blue Levels are swimming independently, treading water, practicing horizontal back skills, and adding rotary breathing to front skills.
• Stage Yellow: Swimming movements on front and back independently.
• Stage Blue: Swimming with effective side breathing.
Children who hesitate and need to be supported in the water should begin at the White/Red/Yellow Levels.
