About This Activity
Description
Penguin Club is designed to be a "pre-team" program with the goal to increase fitness and endurance levels while introducing the sport of competitive swimming to individuals who are learning or improving strokes. For children who have developed an interest in competitive swimming, Penguin Club provides an opportunity to learn training and racing techniques in preparation for joining a competitive swim team such as the Canby Gators. *Children who can swim 25 yards freestyle with side breathing and backstroke and passing Stroke School level. If you need a swim evaluation, contact the pool staff.
