Registration Deadline is Friday, February 28th, 2025Cape Youth Lacrosse is looking for girls of all experience levels. Teams of equally balanced skill levels will be offered. The season begins at the end of March and ends mid-June with two practices a week and weekend games/tournaments. Teams will be formed after the end of the indoor practice sessions.
Equipment Needed:1. Eye wear protection marked with "ASTM Standard F3077"2. Lacrosse Stick (Women's)3. Mouth Guard4. Girls Lacrosse Cleats
At this level, young athletes continue to hone their fundamental technical skills and build on their tactical skills. The emphasis is on instilling a love and excitement of playing, while developing the fundamental skills and techniques that will be valuable for future lacrosse programs.
Indoor practice: Starts week of March 24Days: TBD, 2x/week Time: 6:30-7:30pmLocation: CEMS GymOutdoor practice: Once practice fields are approved for use, practices will be held outdoors at Gull Crest Field.Fee: $200 (with complete uniform), $145 (if you already own a current uniform and don't need a new one)
If you need a new uniform, there will be a Uniform fitting and ordering night available in March.
Players must attend at least one practice in the week leading up to a game in order to be eligible to play in that week's games. Practice cancellations due to weather will not be counted against a player.
