About This Activity
Level 3 & 4 Level 3 will be for swimmers who have the ability to swim ½ of the pool's length with either Front Crawl, Back Crawl, or rudimentary Breast Stroke. We will focus on exercises to enhance swimmers' stroke, swimmers will practice treading water. They will learn dolphin kicks and how to dive into the bottom of the deep end to retrieve a toy. Level 4 will be anyone who bumps up during lessons. This swimmer is ready to learn all strokes and swim at least 50 meters without touching the bottom. *Goggles not required. Swimmers may bring their own goggles. *No floats are accepted.
