Designed to build on competitive swimming skills, this year-round swim team focuses on improving stroke technique, build endurance, and gain speed. It's a great way for kids to meet new friends and stay active throughout the year while learning the nuances of swim team. There will be no swim meets in this program.Prerequisite: Participants must be able to swim one lap (25 Yards) of freestyle and one lap (25 Yards) of backstroke without stopping.
We encourage everyone to arrive 5-10 minutes early each day for attendance and stretching. Please be sure to bring water, a towel and a good pair of goggles.
