Go Gymnastics classes for kids ages 4-5 years old. Bar, beam, floor and more to work on gymnastics skills!A fun introduction class to gymnastics for boys and girls. Mini's is geared towards introducing gymnastics to our young friends.
We will introduce basic gymnastics skills like forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, walking on beams and begin learning skills on bars. The class includes warm-up, flexibility, balance and conditioning.
