About This Activity
Description
60 minutes of gentle yoga poses that focus on flexibility & mobility. Postures are performed laying on the floor, seated, kneeling & standing. It is recommended that you have the ability to move between these positions. Drop-ins available at $13/class. No class July 2.
Students are encouraged to bring yoga blocks & a strap to assist postures, yoga mat or towel required.
