About This Activity
Description
A method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath; the intention to build strength & flexibility. Drop-ins are available for $13/class. Please bring an exercise mat to class.
We move through three energy phases; Gentle stretches & warming postures, Strength & balance work, Deep stretches & mind work. We move slowly and focus on precision for optimal health & safety in a challenging practice. Drop-ins are available for $13/class.
