Description
This registration is for 6 private sessions in Fall 2026 for PreACT Secure 9 Tutoring with a current NEIU student.
8th graders will take this test as their Chicago Public Schools high school entrance exam in October 2027. The exam will be two-and-a-half hours long with sections for English language arts, math, science and reading. At this time, science is not counted in the final scoring.
These sessions are ideal for 7th graders preparing for October 2027 or for 8th and 9th graders who need some solid review before the PreACT in grade 10.
Tutoring sessions may be scheduled in Fall 2026 for Monday through Saturday depending on student/tutor availability. Students are allowed one make-up lesson per term. Notification of inability to attend a lesson does not excuse payment for contracted lessons. All lessons cancelled by the teacher will be made up at a mutually agreed time.
