Description
Level Four: Stroke Improvement (Dolphin)With guided support from our experienced instructors, participants will continue to improve their aquatic skills by continual use and work on familiar strokes, increase their endurance by swimming greater distances, and will start to learn the foundations of backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. In this level, swimmers will also learn the basics of turning around at the wall! To immediately join this class, participants should feel comfortable jumping into deep water from the side of the pool, swim freestyle at least 15 yards, maintain a position by treading or floating for 30 seconds and can swim backstroke for 15 yards. This class is open and inclusive to all abilities although contingent on the above skills set (Suggested ages: 8-12 years)No Class Thursday, July 4th
