About This Activity
Description
This program will drastically increase their knowledge of lifting weights and how to take care of their bodies. They will learn to push themselves and learn proper form while lifting. This program is advanced and will be very difficult. We will lift 4 days a week (M, T, TH, F) and we will swim on Wednesday. After we lift we will do agilities (M, T, TH, F) All Summer
125 members 155 Nonmembers Non Members will get a pool pass they can only use to get into the YMCAs to swim only May 25-Aug 1Lifting and Agilities 10:30-12pm Swim Laps on Wednesday For Middle School
