Participants will learn the concept of the butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle drills geared toward creating an efficient, fluent stroke. Open to new and returning swim team participants. The Stroke Clinic is not intended as swim lessons for new swimmers. Pre-requisite: Students should be water safe by themselves and be able to swim up to one lap of freestyle unassisted and have a basic concept of the three other strokes.
