About This Activity
Description
Skills progression continues with the refinement of Freestyle and Backstroke drills, during Level 3. The focus of this level is to gain proficient use of the dolphin and breaststroke kicks, otherwise known as the frog kick. Students will also be introduced to the arm movements as well. Resting strokes, such as side strokes and elementary backstroke, are also introduced in this class to teach students how to recover if they become too tired to swim. Before enrolling students in this level, ensure that they can meet the requirements as outlined in Level 2.
