About This Activity
SCREENS is an innovative film acting and production art program, designed to inspire, cultivate, and catapult young performing artists into creative leadership of 21st century culture and beyond! The program engages students in the arts of screen acting, vocal performance, modeling, and cinematic storytelling through photography and videography, cultivating skills they can employ to harness the power of modern screens -- movie theater, cell phone, tablet, and television screens -- to positively impact their culture and generation! This immersive learning experience is wide-ranging, educational, relevant and fun, focusing on the skillful mastery of the modern artistic canvas: the screen. And, in addition to honing artistic skills, students also develop confidence, cultural consciousness, positive self-image, and a sense of their social responsibility as creative artists and influencers! ------- Tuition is $1000 for the school year (prorated at $5.12 a day) and includes all meals, supplies, special events, and transportation, regardless if your child will be transported from CI or Cliffs or not. Parents will have the choice, at checkout, to select if they plan to use the Ohio ACE Scholarship or pay privately. 1. If you plan to apply for the OHIO ACE SCHOLARSHIP, please SELECT the PAYMENT PLAN WITH 2 INSTALLMENTS to avoid being charged in September. This will give parents time to apply and submit the invoice to Ohio ACE. Please reach out to Kent Taylor at Rainey should you need help applying for the OHIO ACE SCHOLARSHIP. 2. If you plan to pay privately, you please SELECT the payment plan with 8 MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS OF $125.
