About This Activity
Description
Campers will be introduced to the field of public safety and learn some of the basic techniques used by officers and firefighters in the Columbus Division of Police and the Columbus Fire Division. Campers will also tour facilities, see specialized equipment and get to know the officers and firefighters working in Columbus. There is a graduation ceremony at the end of each week and all campers will receive a certificate.

Payment by credit card is required at time of registration. Camp Fee must be paid in full at time of registration. Payment plan is not an option for this camp.
Refund Information
In order to receive a refund, a request must be emailed to ambrown@columbus.gov 10 business days prior to camp week. Refunds requested between five and 10 business days prior to camp session will receive a 50 percent refund; and requests received less than five business days prior to camp session will not receive a refund. Refunds take 6-8 weeks to process. A $15 processing fee will be assessed for each refund request.
