Description
Personalized workouts, weekly weigh-ins, goal setting and more! Join our summer fitness challenge and meet your fitness goals! This 6 week program will focus on high calorie burning workouts, strength training to learn proper form, and nutrition. A certified personal trainer will hold you accountable and push you to train to the best of your abilities. Monday sessions will be held in Studio 2 upstairs at Bison Ridge. Wednesday workouts will be held in Gym 3.Skills
