Build a strong foundation! Designed for recreational gymnasts, this class focuses on mastering fundamental tumbling skills, core strength, and coordination across all four gymnastics apparatus. Athletes learn proper mechanics, body position, and technique in a positive, structured environment, setting the stage for athletic growth and confidence. Ages 6-17 years oldDress Code & Participation Rules• Girls: Leotards and spandex shorts. (no skirts, tights, or tutus)• Boys: T-shirts and sweatpants or athletic shorts.• Hair & Jewelry: Long hair must be tied back securely in a ponytail. For safety reasons, please leave all jewelry at home.
