This CARA gymnastics team provides young men with the opportunity to participate in recreational competition during the Summer. It helps youth develop sound mechanical skills, coordination and strength. Gymnasts receive instruction on all 6 male apparatus. By instructor invitation only. Ages 6-17.
Participants should wear basketball shorts or sweat pants and t-shirts; tie long hair in a ponytail; please do not wear jewelry.
