Instructors introduce children to basic gymnastics using all pieces of equipment in this coed class. Boys and girls will explore how their body moves using songs, balls and parachutes. This class helps children improve coordination, motor skills, self-confidence and listening skills. Ages: 4-5
Participants should wear leotards and spandex shorts for girls; sweat pants and t-shirts for boys and preschool age; tie long hair in a ponytail; please do not wear jewelry.
