Develop self-discipline, endurance, coordination and self-confidence through Taekwondo. Throughout the session, learn self-defense, jiu jitsue, sparring, and combination movements. You will be test on jump kicks, sparring, board breaking and more to move up in belt rank. Additional $5.00 testing fee when applicable. No classes November 11, 25 or 27th.
Please wear loose fitting clothes.
