Develop self-discipline, endurance, coordination, and self-confidence through Taekwondo. Throughout the session, learn self-defense, jiu jitsue, sparring, and combination movements. You will be tested on jump kicks, sparring, board breaking and more to move up in belt rank. Mouthpiece and cup/chest protection required to join class. Uniforms and pad available for additional purchase but not required.Please wear loose fitting clothes.
