Develop self-discipline, endurance, coordination, and self-confidence through Taekwondo. Throughout the session, learn self-defense, jiu jitsu, sparring, and combination movements. You will be tested on jump kicks, sparring, board breaking, and more to move up in belt rank. Uniforms and pads available for purchase at the front desk.Skills
