This class helps youth develop sound mechanical skills, coordination and strength. Gymnasts receive basic instruction in tumbling and all gymnastic equipment.
Participants should wear leotards and spandex shorts for girls; sweat pants and t-shirts for boys and preschool age; tie long hair in a ponytail; please do not wear jewelry.
