About This Activity

Now you're swimming! This class is for graduates of the Advanced Beginner level. Continue working towards mastering the front crawl, breaststroke, and backstroke while beginning the dolphin kick and treading water. To pass this level, students must complete 50 yards of front crawl with rhythmic breathing, 50 yards of breaststroke, and 75 yards of backstroke and elementary backstroke.
A Volunteen may be in the water to assist the Swim Instructor. Staff will do their best to accommodate transfers based on skill level, but may issue a refund if a transfer is not possible.
