This high-energy class introduces young dancers to the essentials of movement, rhythm, and coordination. Through structured exercises and creative combinations, participants develop enhanced body control, musical timing, balance, and spatial awareness. Instruction focuses on building discipline and focus in a group setting while supporting physical activity and motor skill development, and positive movement habits. Perfect for all skill levels, this program builds positive movement habits and physical confidence - no prior dance experience required.
Athletic sneakers with non-slip soles are required. Parents are asked to remain on site during class but outside the dance room.
