About This Activity

In this session you will learn the art and the intricacies of making fresh pasta. Learn to recognize the flours varieties and the techniques which makes this class unique and rewarding. From the century old style of "Fountain Techniques" to the most recent method in using the food processor. We will feature egg pasta, egg-less, and flavored. Recipes provided Bring your favorite apron. And bring your favorite wine.
