About This Activity
Description
These are small, group beginner-level classes that will encompass violin care, use and playing pizzicato (plucking), posture, bowing and learning simple songs. Ages 8 to 14. Eight-week session. Each class is one-hour in length.Violins will be provided with a signed rental agreement and available to take home for use during the program. No outside instruments permitted for this class. ATTENDANCE AT THE FIRST CLASS IS REQUIRED, unless you have been placed on our waiting list and space becomes available.
NO CLASS THURSDAY 4/4, 5/2

*Funding made possible in part, by the Culpeperpalooza annual fundraising event and the Vince Vala Fund for Local Music. Registration fee covers instruction, music/manuals and maintenance costs.
