About This Activity

Jump Training is a plyometric workout that will help you build leg strength and increase your jumping ability. Designed with the middle school and high school basketball player in mind, these one-hour workouts are good for athletes of any sport. Mavs Academy coaches will give live feedback, encouragement, and tips. Requirements: water; basketball; space that allows for jumping and dribbling the ball Recommended: Towel; ability to keep ball from rolling on the ground, chair or stool
