In this class you will become an experimental scientist in your very own kitchen laboratory! We will explore the chemistry behind preparing our meals- analyzing ingredients and how they work to make our foods fluffy, colored, sour, sweet, and nutritious; and make some delicious treats along the way. Students will be given various tasks utilizing their math and lab skills- just like in a Food Science or Chemistry lab in the industry. You may bring your own aprons if you have one- be prepared to get a little messy!
