About This Activity
The four-week Summer Math Institute provides students exposure to a variety of math concepts based on an overarching theme. Students will be exposed to as many topics each week as is achievable in a fun and interactive experience. In this particular week, centered around Equations and Exponents, students will work on concepts such as negative numbers, one-step equations, two-step equations, variables on both sides of the equal sign, product rule, power to a power rule, quotient rule, and negative exponents. Participation in multiple weeks is encouraged.
