About This Activity
The four-week Summer Math Institute provides students exposure to a variety of math concepts based on an overarching theme. Students will be exposed to as many topics each week as is achievable in a fun and interactive experience. In this particular week, centered around Fractions and Decimals, students will work on concepts such as whole number operations, fraction operations, decimal operations, finding perimeter and area involving fractions, finding perimeter and area involving decimals, negative number operations, negative fraction operations, and negative decimal operations. Participation in multiple weeks is encouraged.
