About This Activity
Led by Cherry Fowler, this will be gentle yoga for beginners to experienced yogis with poses for stretching, strengthening, improving balance, deep breathing techniques, and relaxation. Classes will take place in Hoffman Commons located in the Lower School building. What to bring? A yoga mat if you have one. Mats will also be available for use. What to wear? Yoga pants or comfortable clothes for movement.
