Level 2: Jellyfish
Fundamental Aquatics Skills: freestyle, backstroke, front/back float with no support and with glide, treading, jumping, and introduction to elementary backstroke arms.
Prerequisite: Participant must have passed Level 1 Guppies.
A swim assessment is REQUIRED prior to registration if:
- You are new to Giammona Pool
*Other facilities' levels/standards do not translate over to Giammona Pool.
- You have not had swimming lessons at Giammona Pool in over 2 months
Please email bsai@dalycity.org to schedule a swim assessment.
This is a 4-class day session due to our Holiday Closure. There will be no report cards due to the short session.
However, on the last day of class:
- a PASS/FAIL grade will be available at the front desk and your Daly City iPlay Account.
- feedback of the participant's progress will be conveyed directly to the participant.
All swim lessons registrations MUST be made in advance via our online ACTIVE reservation system at www.dalycity.org/iplay.
If there is a cancellation, there are no refunds at this time. Only credits will be applied to the IPLAY account. To cancel the swimming lesson session, please contact us at active@dalycity.org.
