This activity is closed to further registration.
Level 8: Stingray
*No class on 2/17 - President's Day.
Lifeguard Readiness and Fitness: swim for distances using combination of all strokes; all turns (open and close); dives from starting blocks; tread 10 minutes; water rescue skills; 15 minute swim test with turns.
Prerequisite: Participant must have completed levels 7 Sharks.
If you are new to Giammona Pool or have not had swim lessons in a while, a swim assessment is required. Please email bsai@dalycity.org to schedule a swim assessment.
All swim lessons registrations MUST be made in advance via our online ACTIVE reservation system at www.dalycity.org/iplay.
Report Card/Grades - available on the last day of lessons:
- Pass/Fail grades will be available in your ACTIVE account.
- Report cards with feedback can be requested from staff at the front desk.
If there is a cancellation, there are no refunds at this time. Only credits will be applied to the IPLAY account. To cancel a swim lesson, please contact us at active@dalycity.org.
