Yoga poses, dance steps, tumbling/rolls, handstands, bar flips and more! Games to develop coordination with ball, hoop and rope. Strengthening the core, improving flexibility, muscle tone & balance!
Bring a yoga matt and water bottle for you and your little one. Leggings/sweatpants, cotton socks and comfortable shoes recommended along with tying long hair.
