Kitchen Explorers: Spring Each week we will focus on a seasonal spring vegetable or cooking technique. We will taste the ingredients, learn some of the science behind cooking (and do some experiments) and cook up a recipe together. Topics covered will include knife skills, kitchen and food safety and cleanliness, measurement, and how to read a recipe. Recipes will be vegetarian, though meat might be an option occasionally. Class price includes $20 of materials fee Class ends May 22 due to Memorial Day on May 29
