This class teaches stroke development and refinement. Students will learn: shallow-angle dive from the side, then glide and swim; tuck and pike surface dives; improving treading; build on endurance of the front/back crawl strokes; work on the coordination and endurance of the breaststroke and elementary backstroke, and introduces the butterfly stroke.Age Category
