This class teaches stroke refinement. Students will learn: swimming techniques and endurance for the following strokes: front crawl, back crawl, breast, elementary back, and butterfly; the front flip turn will be taught along with the back open turn; treading water without using the arms along with more advanced diving skills will be focused on.Age Category
