This is a combination of a fitness swimmer class and an advanced swimming lesson. The class will encompass a 45-minute work-out along with a 15-minute lesson which will cover several topics including how to read a workout, personal water-safety skills, and the sidestroke.There will be no classes the week of March 29-April 4 due to DPS Spring Break. The classes will still run for four weeks, with a week break during that time.
