This class teaches stroke development. Students will learn: headfirst entry from the side in compact and stride positions; swim under water; feet first surface dive - submerge completely; survival swimming; front crawl and backstroke open turns; tread water using two different kicks; front/back crawl will be improved upon, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, will be introduced.Age Category
