Ready to take your sailing skills to the next level? Our Intermediate Sailing Camp is designed for sailors who have mastered the basics and are eager to build confidence, independence, and performance on the water. Throughout the week, campers will refine boat handling techniques, improve sail trim and boat speed, and develop a deeper understanding of wind patterns, points of sail, and right-of-way rules. Instruction includes advanced tacking and jibing, upwind and downwind strategy, capsize recovery, docking, and introduction to racing tactics. Sailors will spend the most of each day on the water in small groups, receiving personalized coaching from our instructors. Through drills, team challenges, and fun mini-regattas, campers will sharpen their skills while building teamwork, leadership, and decision-making abilities. This camp is ideal for students who have completed a beginner program or have equivalent experience and are comfortable sailing independently in light to moderate winds. By the end of the session, sailors will leave with stronger technical skills, greater confidence, and a deeper passion for the sport. What level of swimming does my child need to have?
