Level 4: Examples: Swimming 25 yds of the front crawl and 25 yds of the elementary backstroke. Swimming 15 yds of the breaststroke, 15 yds of the sidestroke, 15 yds. of the back crawl and 15 yds of the butterfly. Treading water for 2 mins. Students need to bring their own towel and water
