About This Activity
American Red Cross Swim Lessons: Level 2: Examples: Fully submerging underwater holding breath. Front and back glide unsupported for 2 body lengths. Rolling from back to front and front to back. Combining arm and leg actions on front for 5 body lengths. Students bring their own water and towel. Tuesdays/Thursdays, September 23-October 9th; 4:00-4:45pm Member: $41; Non-Member: $60 Price includes Active processing fee.
