About This Activity
Weekly Theme: “What Dreams are Made of” and Fairy Tale Adventures Social Skills taught through your favorite fairy tales. The week is filled with social learning centered on the theme of fairy tales like Rapunzel, the Frog Prince, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Rumpelstiltskin,Cinderella and more. Social skills lessons will focus on themes from the well-known tales such as danger, expressing emotions, following directions, honesty, responsibility, manners and more. Campers will enjoy fun activities centered on social interaction, cooperative play, conversation skills, turn taking, and many more skills appropriate for their age and ability level. Engaging crafts, music lessons, play opportunities, and outdoor activities will provide a variety of environments and chances to practice social interaction daily.
