About This Activity
Vocal Jazz is held during Session 5 in conjunction with the instrumental jazz program. In addition to participating in jazz choir, campers will learn vocal jazz theory and improvisation, scat singing, vocal jazz stylings, solo singing techniques, and more! This program is open to students completing grades 8-12 with a strong vocal background. A $20 music fee is included in the registration fee to cover the purchase of camper music. Music can be brought home at the end of the week.
